And I understand you plateau after you're two and have reached your genetic potential at that point. I've been trying really hard strict dieting rigid exercise routine a lot of rest.

I'm not absolutely horrible and there is some definition to my body and I'd say quite frankly it's above average but I've been working my ass off and above average level.

The difference between me and the random fat fricks that occasionally put their discussion body on here is that I actually try and this is what I fricking get they don't.

How do I fix this by reaching another level of being a beefcake

          My routine is one day shoulders, chest and arms
          >Chest flies 3 x 10 ascending up the cables from bottom to mid to top
          >Dips 12 x 5
          >Skull crushers 10 x 5
          >Dumbbell curls 10 x 7
          >Dumbbell benches 3 x 10
          >Dumbbell front delt lifts 3 x 10
          >Dumbbell side delts 3 x 10
          >Dumbbell shrugs 3 x 10
          And then I do abdominal and back one day
          >Lat pull down 12 x 4
          >Planks rotisserie style three times
          >Sitting rows 10 x 5
          >Try to do 100 pull-ups throughout my workout
          >100 sit-ups on every vertical ramp type thing
          >Use the app crunch machine try to get to 100
          >Use captain chair to do leg lifts to work my abdominals
          And on day three I do a combination of it all as a full body workout and occasionally I may do some deadlifts

              I lifted to get out of Auschwitz mode. And at first it was making it worse so I ate a bunch of shit food and got super fat and I had to deal with the skinny fat physique.

              My problem initially was I was going to a gym where I was being laughed at by the other gym goers and staff and was having panic attacks frequently because I wasn't super jacked or even in half decent shape. Eventually I went to a much smaller gym late at night and that's when I first started seeing progress

              What part am I eating in the case maintenance. Maintenance for me is like 1200 calories 100 carbs with 60 g of protein a day.

              I do one to one ratio with my body weight in grams of protein I consume I do double the amount of carbs of my weight and eat 3,000 calories or at least attempt to and at the same time I don't live in Russia I live in a third world shithole called the United States and food isn't cheap.

      I'm 6'2 and 185lb and I just cannot put on will weight. Like I don't understand I've been lifting and am I supposed to gain weight deliberately to get bigger or eat more and does the calories even matter.

      I've been eating 2,000 to 3,000 calories a day 300 carbs and 200 g of protein. No fricking clue what's going on here

            at your size you're spending around 2000kcal per day just lying in a coma.
            a proper gym workout can easily burn 1000kcal. add to that any random exercise like walking around etc.
            and then you were supposed to try to add weight, not just maintain.
