What other claims made by scientists and health "experts" will we look back on in 15 years and think was insane?

In 15 years there will be no meat and you will be dying from plant based meat. Things will only get worse.

    >zero toxic animal fats
    >0mg toxic cholesterol
    >made from vegetables
it IS better for you, for when you do need to use fats to cook. But fats in general should be minimised, the increase in their use is why everyone is so fat and sick as the fat you eat is the fat you wear

If you must substitute animal fat you should consume coconut or palm oil

Until recently, it was chock full of trans fats, which are not debatably healthy in any way

no it's not, trans fats barely occur naturally

          >meanwhile meat and dairy is STILL full of toxic trans fats
No, it isn't. Trans fats aren't naturally occurring. Trans fats are unsaturated fatty acids that are artificially saturated by bubbling hydrogen gas through them to remove c=c double bonds to create a more shelf-stable fat that is less prone to spoiling.

It's a fact that meat and dairy contains trans fats

Vaccenic acid and conjugated linoleic acid are naturally occurring trans fats in small quantities, including in human breast milk. Elaidic acid is the artificially manufactured one (trans oleic acid) and only occurs in trace amounts naturally. Stop being a dishonest moron.

Milk postdates agriculture and grain food and was initially poisonous, still is for the majority of people. Butter is a milk derivative so its even more recent. Eggs are even more young, domesticated chickens appeared 5000-8000 years ago. I dunno wtf precisely do you mean by ferments, but fermentation is a complex process so obviously not something prehistoric people even did. Red meat could not have been prevalent in old diets before farm animals cause hunting is actually fricking difficult and salt was not even used as food, it's primary function throughout history was to preserve other food.

If it was poisonous then why were there pastoral cultures all over the world as well that mainly subsided on dairy and red meat who often out competed agrarian societies.

Yeah, because birds did not lay eggs prior to domesticating the chicken.
        >Red meat could not have been prevalent in old diets before farm animals cause hunting is actually fricking difficult
So what do you suggest our ancestors ate? Let me have a laugh. Mushrooms? Nuts? Berries? If you're lucky you get to walk around gathering stuff all day and pick up 2000 kcal worth of edible shit that isn't rotten.

There are no comparative studies showing animal fats being better for human health than plant oils. Which is why you have to do the science denial and naturalist pilpul combo.

You fricks have been telling people for so long that they've been lied to. Guess once what happens when the same audience finally realizes it was you lying to them all along. It won't be pretty but it will be glorious.
