    Nicely done, Becky.
Just make sure you reward yourself so your body doesn't go into starvation mode.
Let's grab some ice cream after work, it's on me.

Normies nowadays are really touchy when it comes to talking about exercise. It comes from envy. They think you are judging them if you ask them about their routine or anything fitness related. I’ve had to stop asking certain people if they wanted to come to the gym with me because they perceive it as an insult.

I had a guy called J at my office. Dude was so fricking fat that the lower parts of his spine were being ground into dust and he couldnt walk more than 10 minutes without being in immense pain. Despite this he just ate candy all day and drank 15$ starbucks coffee. Dude even had to get a special chair just to sit right and he would literally scoot around the office all day in that chair in the same way a dog wipes its ass on the floor.

Unironically been adding 10k daily steps to my routine, but its just some extra on top of additional exercise and better eating.

Starting to think its a bit of a time waster though, its sucking up way too much free time.

I work with this woman who's in her 40s, she's a mom of 3, looks fine tbh. I mean I don't find her attractive but that's because she's asian. Anyway, she's maybe like 5'3 120lbs.

Ever since new year's though every other day some kind of message in a group slack for our team about ohhhh man it's SOOO hard to stick to her resolution of losing 10 pounds. Ohhh so many TEMPTATIONS! She says last week that she's down TWO whole POUNDS!!! The several women in the group chat all start congratulating her. I just don't know what he angle is. Attention, probably.

It's your autism flaring up again.

Two lbs in one week at 120 lbs/5'3" is not that easy. She's already at about 1500 kcal/day TDEE at best. That's fricking eating 500 kcal/day for the week if it were a true 2 lbs loss.

It's likely just initial water weight loss, which is likely a good thing because being a working mom of three on a 500 kcal/day diet would be probably a shit idea.

At my education institute where I live there is this fat c**t In the same unit as me that I fricking despise.
The c**t is Literally obese it’s fricking comical and the amount of fricking food he eats is hilarious, I get Litteraly disgusted each time I see him load up his plate not only that but he’s said he going to the gym multiple times and each time that lasted all of two workouts and did I forget to mention he fricking reeks.
It’s honestly insane how you can continue to be such a fat frick with out feeling any kind of remorse to your own body and thinking hmm maybe I shouldn’t stuff my face with tons of goy slop. Fricking hell it pissed me off

Heard two fat b***hes talking about weight loss in the break room the other week, one of them said about how they've started weightlifting and doing some form of fasting. The fatter moron asked how it's working for them and proceeded to inform them that they need to do cardio. Then they both started eating their takeout garbage.
