            Most of the top athletes never get tested outside of competition. And many don't even get tested at competitions due to corruption. Ilya never got tested. He only failed when they tested an old sample from years earlier. Lasha never gets tested. The chinks never get tested. Even Gabriel sincraian won a bronze while on winstrol and test and only tested positive 4 years later.
