OHP = Small dick lift

OHP/Shoulder Press. Is a waste of time. You're already doing a lot of Pressing when you do Chest. That's enough for your Front Delts and Front Delts is all there is directly worked with OHP. You can argue about Triceps, but it's not sufficient enough for it.

>Upright Rows(best done with Heavy Dumbells 1hand at the time) (works Side Delts, Traps and Upper Back in general)
>Lateral Raises duh, best done Heavy with worse form and then Light with perfect form
>Rear Delt Flyes or Facepulls, do them on Back day.

These exercises that will give you good Shoulders. You can still do OHP if you like it, why not. But people here need to stop claiming that it's necessary or that it actually works anything more than the Front Delt. And frick "based scoience lifters as well".

    OHP is the lift which properly ticks the box for front delt work. Chest work hits front delt ok, but OHP secures the bag RE front delts getting optimal stimulus.
    Chest work is enough to maintain that front delts, and that's where I think this confusion stems from. People take away OHP and their shoulders don't shrink so they think they don't need it, but maintaining a muscle and growing it are two different things.

    OHP is fun as frick, and I noticed that it gets you the most attention when you hit big numbers compared to any other barbell lift. Nobody cares about squats and deadlifts, everyone can bench 2 plates these days, but when you load close to 2 plates on OHP and people realize you're about to overhead press it instead of squatting, they're all miring.
