No thanks. I would rather see you fail while I succeed

Vegeta mentality like this is why you'll never truly succeed. It is not enough to be better than your peers; you must aspire to the journey of improvement itself or you will allow yourself to stagnate at the top

        >Vegeta mentality like this is why you'll never truly succeed.
This is so silly, like that guy might be a dick, but it has no impact on his success whatsoever

It's not just that he's a dick. He only sets his sights at surpassing Goku. This is why he's flawed: he limits himself in thinking being better than other people is enough. This is why he can never surpass Goku. Goku's goal is to always challenge stronger opponents and to that end he uplifts those around him because he realizes the best way to test yourself is with strong competition and dedication to the journey of improvement.

Vegeta comes around to this philosophy by Super, but for most of the series the only thing that matters to him is surpassing Goku and that's what limits him.

Leaf ground beef isn't that much higher than calories than boneless skinless chicken breast. It's less than 100 calories per pound more, and the variety it opens up makes cutting a lot easier. The most successful diets are the ones you can easily stick to.

    >not one fricking recipe...
    Here you go OP.
    >1/2 lb lean ground beef
    >1/4 head of cabbage, shredded
    >2-3 carrots juliened. I have a peeler that does this
    >4-5 green onions, chopped.
    >2-3 garlic cloves minced
    >tsp minced ginger
    >red chili paste or a minced chili
    >1tbsp of onions sauce
    >1tbsp rice vinegar
    >1/2 tsp salt
    >black pepper

Dash of sesame oil in a hot pan, toss in the garlic, ginger, and the white parts of the green onions. Cook for about a minute. Add the ground beef and season with the salt and pepper. Cook until almost done. Dump in the cabbage, carrots, chili. Cook for like 4-5 minutes, stirring often, until everything softens. Toss in the onions and vinegar. Cook another few minutes stirring often. Dump it in a bowl and enjoy.

Gay ass filter. Also, I forgot. You toss the green parts of the green onions in at the end and toss em with the cooked shit.

      nice, I would replace;

      >cabbage with 500g broccoli
      >rice vinegar with 12g olive oil
      >carrots with 250g kidney beans

      to improve the macros.

I like making hamburgers wrapped in lettus. Onion, cheese tomato, sauce, mayo in the lead and dump the meat on-top. It's pretty tasty

    1 lb ground beef
    1 package riced cauliflower
    Spices and hot sauce
    Mix together
Put into a la Banderita low carb 10 inch wrap (80 cals)
Top with lettuce and a little bit of cottage cheese
    Wrap
    Eat

Also helps to heat the burrito wrap for 10 seconds in the microwave to soften it before filling it

    I gotchu

    Ground beef
1 whole onion(chopped however you want)
    No oil
Throw onion into pan with garlic
    Add ground beef
    6 chili powder
    Msg
    Sriracha garlic chili sauce
    Stir and reduce a bit.
    Salt to taste

I like this with airfried potatoes, but it's great by itself too.

dice up some onions and jalapenos and throw them in with a little bit of taco seasoning when the beef is almost done cooking.
Layer half the beef in a bowl, add cheese to your liking, and then put the rest of the beef in.
    The cheese will melt.
I eat it with some sugar free bbq sauce and a few eggs, and it's great

    >Meatloaf.
    3/4 cup breadcrumbs
    1 egg
    1 lb ground beef
Any seasonings or whatever else you want to add.
    >but there's carbs in the breadcrumbs!
So use less? Or, who cares, the ratio of protein and fat to carbs is still high.
