Lose 20lbs more. Facial gains don't really kick in until 12% or so. Use the navy method to estimate, it's literally better than calipers/impedance. Use the new version too not the old Pollock version that deliberately shaves off 4% bf because the navy couldn't fill its recruitment quota otherwise, kek.
Again, navy refused to use this because too many fatties, but you can see it's within 2% of dexa scan and it's just a tape measure, so basically free.

The study says >The circumference value and
height are then used to determine an estimated percent body fat from a series of quick
reference charts developed by the NHRC using the Hodgdon and Beckett (1984a) prediction
equation for males.

Don't waste your money.
Navy body fat keeps on giving me sub 15% bodyfat.
A dexascan gave me 30%.
An InBody gave me 20% which the doctor said "Oh yeah you look 20. 30 is too fat for you." but who knows.
The final truth is that regarding abs at least only visual results from working out matters. All other tests will just be a waste of time and money.
fillers, unironically. A common misconception is that fillers will make you look like you had your face "done", when the reality is that only bad or excessive work looks that way. If you find a competent doctor, they can give you hyaluronic acid filler or collagen filler that can fix the deflated, wilted, hollowed-out look you get around the eyes, nasolabial folds, mouth and lips as you age or lose weight. It's pretty inexpensive too... depending on how much you get done its like a thousand dollars
How have your results been? Needle depth? I got my dermapen for my hair but decided why not use it on the face too. It’s definitely improved my skin especially some mild acne scarring on the temples. I don’t really think my forehead lines look any better though, not that that’s what I set out to change
daily fork putdowns
Yes, I have been, dropped 20 lbs, so what else.
Dropped 20lbs from what, 300?
Raw amount of weight doesn’t mean shit, only bodyfat%
From 200.
>body fat
20% or something but this was tested a while back and since then I lost an inch off my waist.
Post face
No tf, I'm not going to do so for a, what even, face evaluation? I know I have smile lines and want to get rid of them, that accomplishes nothing.
>for a, what even, face evaluation
Bro you’re the one who made a thread asking how to fix your face

Uh can you link me to the new version for the navy one, even then the inbody I got prior set me at 20.

how to fix smile lines? stop smiling and stop sleeping on your face
I had this
Microneedling and peeling acid
Take a long time, years
The problem is that the skin fold gets darker and the contour becomes very visible
You can microneedle friday night, stay at home entire weekend and monday it will be healed, just a little red
Do it for a year
Its very hard work, there is no magic

Get under 12% bf
Boy I've been trying.
Not sure when I'll hit it, or if I'll have to hit even lower, but I've been trying.
