Old 38 year old boomer here. I just wanted to b***h and moan about how easy it is to get fat when you’re older. I weighed myself at the beginning of May and saw 195lbs and it scared me (6’ tall). So I said frick it and went on a 25 day water fast and dropped to 168lbs. However, I’ve slipped off the wagon again since the end of my fast and weight myself again and saw 188lbs. Keep in mind I am sedentary and have very little muscle, so 188 is a lot. Frick me.

My fat friends always talk about how they need to exercise more while they shovel processed garbage cooked in seed oils down their gullets, they'll simply never outwork their bad eating habits. If you embrace eating clean as a lifestyle you'll never need to look at a scale again.

    moron, what do you expect? You conditioned your body to store as much fat as possible over DECADES of living a sedentary lifestyle. Of course it's going to be easy to regress to your normal bodyweight. You need to add a burning mechanism to stave off the fat from accumulating.
