I had tons of success losing fat with OMAD a couple years ago(3-4 lbs a week)
Now I want to do OMAD but with a 250 calorie protein shake after training only on days I train
Will this make a difference in results?

Ok but it was a real question
Some people are so serious about IF that they won’t brush their teeth. I’m trying to see if there’s any merit to no eating at all.
next time don't post coomer shit
K moron
You dont need 50 grams of protein after a workout
>that they won’t brush their teeth
Yeah I do not believe you that this is a thing
I need more protein overall in the day tho
If you are doing OMAD have your shake with your meal.
If you want to just do IF with say... 16/8 ratio of fasting/eating then have your shake post workout, then eat your meal later.
Fasting just makes weight loss easier, so I prefer OMAD since I can eat plenty of protein in one meal.
That’s what I would do except I lift before work then eat around dinner time. I don’t think it’ll be good for my muscle to lift heavy fasted, get no protein, then work physical labor for 6 hours.
On days I don’t lift I’ll do OMAD for sure tho. I did it all weekend.
Try it out where you fast from dinner to work.
I suspect you will get really hungry for your job and it won't work, but try it out.
When I was a laborer I always had a sandwich for lunch, then a large dinner. Weight dropped fast depending on the work.
I’m not concerned about hunger. Only muscle repair.
When I don’t lift, I fast 24 hours and eat only 1 meal when I get home from work at night.
When I do lift, I drink a 250 calorie protein shake.
It worked before, I lost 60 lbs. but I didn’t have any muscle to preserve back then. That’s why I’m doing it with the protein now.
Have a casein shake at night. It will digest whilst you sleep. Something like 85% of muscle repair occurs during sleep. You will get better gains, particularly if you're natty

Built for the BWC!
Depending on when you eat your one meal it might break you out of the fast and you might lose a little bit on the fasting benefits. I personally like OMAD not for the fasting benefits but for how easy it is to manage your diet on OMAD without looking like a weirdo to my roommate
