How obese are we talking here? And for how long? Likely if you cut to this physique you'd look like a giant scrotum with all that extra skin.

Yup you have ruined your body with overeating, you will need skin removal to look even remotely close to zyzz. If only you listened to us.

whats the alternative outcome? i like jeffs aesthetic more than zyzz's but his is more harder to achieve, so what my third option?

The alternative outcome was not eating yourself to obesity and you failed. You can't just randomly start caring about your physique after you've spent an entire lifetime ruining it. By all means lose weight for yourself but setting roided 10% body fat weightlifters as your goal isn't reasonable.

is roids and loose skin remove my only shot at my dream physique

Pretty much yes, if your dream physique is anything like zyzz you better start blasting roids and completing your sets of fork putdowns. zyzz's physique is unobtainable for most thin natties so what makes you think you'll reach that from obesity?

Start losing weight and forget about unobtainable physiques, it will take a lot of time and effort to even get to an acceptable level let alone shredded at 10% bf.

Whilst it's true fatsos have more muscle mass than skinny people zyzz was roided to the gills, you won't finish a cut and magically end up looking like him. Just start working on losing weight and jump that hurdle when you get closer. Likely you'll look like a flying squirrel with all that extra skin which is a long long way from thin and lean.

                >Likely you'll look like a flying squirrel with all that extra skin which is a long long way from thin and lean
Since I'm 6'5", I doubt that my loose skin will be all that noticeable because it will tighten out, my only concern is the stretch marks.
I have good genetics but poor self control.

Your height has nothing to do with it, you will not "tighten out" unless you lose weight very slowly and apply aloe like a pregnant woman.

The only benefit your height provides in this scenario is it'll be easier to cut as your TDEE will be much higher at 6'5".

                >I have good genetics but poor self control.
Getting that fat is more than just poor self control, you're eating a monstrous amount of food to stay obese at 6'5".

i am to impatient for that this more realistic? i need a physique to work towards

                >i am to impatient for that
Then weightlifting or fat loss is not for you. Anything worth having takes time and effort, progress is made over months and years in not days/weeks.

                > i need a physique to work towards
Picky roided physiques is not realistic bro, take photos of your own physique so you can compare yourself *right now* to what you used to look like.

Really it just sounds like you want easy ways out and excuses, just start losing weight or you'll never start.

Rough start brother. Sounds like from your other posts you dont really care about your health and just want sick gains. Well then it seems that PED (fat burners etc) seems like the only choice for you. You should remember tho that taking roids wont turn you into a holywood star in 2 weeks. You will still have to regularly work out and diet to a certain degree and even then it will take you months or years since your starting point is shit.
I would normally suggest just working out a bit for a few months to learn technique and whatnot so that if you decide to quit you wont have wasted money on roids but I also think any advice given is gonna fly right over your head.

Nice. If you plan to do that then read the sticky. 3 months would be the bare minimum I would say and the end of your beginner gain journey.

Probably yes. Won't have the super wide shoulders and tiny waist unless you did it while you were young or were skinny while young.
