Yes it does. If you eat 7000 calories in one day and your tdee was 3000, you've now eaten an extra days worth of calories. Split the extra 4000 over 7 days, you basically ate an extra 571 calories each day. Which would counteract the typical -500 of your standard diet.
You basically need to not eat 3500 calories to lose 1lb a week. An extra 4000 calories in 1 day would counteract that and even put you 500 ahead. And 7000 calories really isn't much when you think about it. A burger, large fries, and a large soda is already 3000. Add in a cheese cake, some chocolates, and another 2 sodas you've crossed 7000 without even trying
I've eaten nearly 10k in one sitting at a work dinner because I had 5 large beers, appetizer, rolls and a dessert but the entree itself was over 2k calories.
Taco bell is especially like this. I can literally eat 20-30 dollars (3000+ calories) of taco bell in one sitting.
I haven't touched that shit in over a year, thank god.
It depends on how he eats them. If he's on OMAD then, no, not all of them will get absorbed by nature of the fact you can only absorb so many calories per hour. If you space out 7000 calories across 18 hours, yeah all of them are getting in.
depends, if you eat 7000kcal worth of protein, your body will absorb 50% and flush the rest.
Fats maybe 25% and the rest result insane diarrhea. and Carbs maybe 70 - 90%.
Then be fat if you can't handle it. Seriously just have like a single treat. Have your cheat day be a regular maintenence caloric intake. You don't have to pig out, you don't have to eat a bunch of shit. Don't be a food addict.
don't have cheat days, just have normal days where you don't worry about it
here is what I do
I do a very strict diet normally, it's easy since I live alone
but on Sundays I eat with my parents, and I just eat whatever my mom makes
mostly because I appreciate her and I don't want to be picky, and also because weighing the ingredients would be autistic as frick and not something I want to do when I'm there
so I eat the french bread, or sauces with sugars in them, and whatever one a week
I don't pig out and eat 5000 calories of slop
You're out of your god damn mind I lost 65lbs just went to disney worl last week ate a FRICK TON of churros and ice cream and shit and came back 1lb heavier than when I left
Last year when I went to Disney world I gained 7lbs in 10 days. I averaged about 10000 calories a day there. People underestimate how much they walk at Disney, and how many calories you burn doing so. I do a lot of cardio and autistically count calories, so I didn't.
One day of fasting ruins a whole week of strict caloric surplus
Drastic bulking calls for drastic cutting. Take some yohimbine and do cardio while not eating for 24 hours
The absolute state of CICOlets
No it doesn't

>yeah bro if you just eat FOUR THOUSAND over your expenditure...
I've eaten nearly 10k in one sitting at a work dinner because I had 5 large beers, appetizer, rolls and a dessert but the entree itself was over 2k calories.
it's really easy if you eat goyslop
Yeah shit like McDonald's feels like you're eating air, no idea what they have to do to it to make it thousands of calories
Taco bell is especially like this. I can literally eat 20-30 dollars (3000+ calories) of taco bell in one sitting.

idiot
>over 9000
At this day and age, one cannot tell if you are trolling or obese.
>He thinks your body absorbs all 7000 calories
Then where does it go? When I eat a lot i shit a lot. Would only make sense if my body digested it all
It does

can confirm, there's 800 calories in 60oz of beer. Throw in some wings and ribs and you may as well not even bother going to the gym.
>one day of pegging ruins a lifetime of heterosexual discipline
>this is fricking unfair
Of you by one day of pigging out mean shit eating at a 3k surplus for like 4 days, sure.
Then be fat if you can't handle it. Seriously just have like a single treat. Have your cheat day be a regular maintenence caloric intake. You don't have to pig out, you don't have to eat a bunch of shit. Don't be a food addict.
don't have a day of pigging, be absolutely strict. eventually the addiction stops and you wont miss it anymore. being fat is a mental disease
>one week of pigging out elevates one day of lifting for strength
this is so fricking awesome
don't have cheat days, just have normal days where you don't worry about it

What's hunger? I'm too busy losing fat while eating to satiety on an all-animal diet to know hunger.
>Carnivore spammers woke up
>35 years old
>6ft
>eat garbage
>drink heavily twice a week
>no cardio, only weights
>never go past 185lbs
>still look jacked
>35 yes old
Sounds like it’s over
I like that it's fricking difficult. That means more people will fail while I show off my discipline
Once you take the slowcut pill you realise you can eat whatever the frick you want as temporary calorie bumps are meaningless long term.
It's all in the state of mind.
Losing weight is simple, not easy.
Losing weight is both simple and easy. It's the discipline to keep at it and keep it off that's hard.
