Yes it does. If you eat 7000 calories in one day and your tdee was 3000, you've now eaten an extra days worth of calories. Split the extra 4000 over 7 days, you basically ate an extra 571 calories each day. Which would counteract the typical -500 of your standard diet.

You basically need to not eat 3500 calories to lose 1lb a week. An extra 4000 calories in 1 day would counteract that and even put you 500 ahead. And 7000 calories really isn't much when you think about it. A burger, large fries, and a large soda is already 3000. Add in a cheese cake, some chocolates, and another 2 sodas you've crossed 7000 without even trying

I've eaten nearly 10k in one sitting at a work dinner because I had 5 large beers, appetizer, rolls and a dessert but the entree itself was over 2k calories.

Taco bell is especially like this. I can literally eat 20-30 dollars (3000+ calories) of taco bell in one sitting.
I haven't touched that shit in over a year, thank god.

It depends on how he eats them. If he's on OMAD then, no, not all of them will get absorbed by nature of the fact you can only absorb so many calories per hour. If you space out 7000 calories across 18 hours, yeah all of them are getting in.

depends, if you eat 7000kcal worth of protein, your body will absorb 50% and flush the rest.
Fats maybe 25% and the rest result insane diarrhea. and Carbs maybe 70 - 90%.

can confirm, there's 800 calories in 60oz of beer. Throw in some wings and ribs and you may as well not even bother going to the gym.

Then be fat if you can't handle it. Seriously just have like a single treat. Have your cheat day be a regular maintenence caloric intake. You don't have to pig out, you don't have to eat a bunch of shit. Don't be a food addict.

don't have cheat days, just have normal days where you don't worry about it
    here is what I do
I do a very strict diet normally, it's easy since I live alone
but on Sundays I eat with my parents, and I just eat whatever my mom makes
mostly because I appreciate her and I don't want to be picky, and also because weighing the ingredients would be autistic as frick and not something I want to do when I'm there
so I eat the french bread, or sauces with sugars in them, and whatever one a week
I don't pig out and eat 5000 calories of slop

Last year when I went to Disney world I gained 7lbs in 10 days. I averaged about 10000 calories a day there. People underestimate how much they walk at Disney, and how many calories you burn doing so. I do a lot of cardio and autistically count calories, so I didn't.

Losing weight is both simple and easy. It's the discipline to keep at it and keep it off that's hard.
