Same. Probbably how I managed to spend 45-60 minutes at the gym 3-4 times a week and somehow not gain an ounce of muscle. I thought just working chicken breast or salmon into my dinner and replacing white bread with whole grain and then proceed to get drunk several nights a week and go to bed at 3 in the morning would do the trick as long as I went to the gym and did 3x15 reps at all the machines often.
I only started counting macronutrients 9 days ago. It's actually been a lot of fun. Reaching 8 hours of sleep every night is another matter.
