          OP clearly didn't do hypertrophy training, and clearly his diet was already extremely lacking in meat
          durin puberty is you eat meat you'll basically gain a huge frame and increased muscularity automatically
          You see people who eat carb dominated diets remain skinny and small creating the skinny fat phenomenon
          OP really fricked himself by wasting his newbie gains
          He needs to start bulking immediately

    Same. Probbably how I managed to spend 45-60 minutes at the gym 3-4 times a week and somehow not gain an ounce of muscle. I thought just working chicken breast or salmon into my dinner and replacing white bread with whole grain and then proceed to get drunk several nights a week and go to bed at 3 in the morning would do the trick as long as I went to the gym and did 3x15 reps at all the machines often.

    I only started counting macronutrients 9 days ago. It's actually been a lot of fun. Reaching 8 hours of sleep every night is another matter.
