I keep seeing posts about people who can’t gain weight. It’s literally this easy:
>morning shake: 2c whole milk, banana, 1c oats, 1 scoop protein
850 cals, 42g protein
>evening shake: 2c milk, 1c oats, 4T peanutbutter, 1 scoop protein
1100 cals, 56g protein

>one large meal with 6-8oz protein, vegetables, potatoes or rice

>cottage cheese or yogurt with fruit and nuts if you need a snack

2023 is THE YEAR, lads. How are you currently making it?

I kneel.. what do you do bro? I spent my 20s moving around the country partying and working various chef positions in multiple acclaimed fine dining establishments. Covid fricked everything up, been trying to get clean the past couple years and almost ended up committing suicide.

I’ve enrolled in college and will start classes in the summer as a 33 year boomer

No one gains 12 pounds of lean muscle in 4 weeks unless they're roiding. Roidgays have no idea how unrealistic their gains are.

I’ve been lifting for years and I have roided in the past so there’s a good amount of muscle memory/maturity here but I’m not using anything at the moment.

IT. It’s easy as shit. Most people don’t know what they’re doing. Everyone bullshits, and I work from home. You usually do a few years at the helpdesk and work your way up.

Owning a restaurant is moronic. Only 1/40 privately owned restaurants survives past 5 years. You have to be married to a small business if you own one and want to to be successful

          Just be a realator

I used to really really love the work. The pace, the people, working with your hands doing something I legitimately had a passion for.. it was cool, being a chef in the big leagues is pretty badass to normies and I was proud of the work I did. Once the passion faded it just became an utterly hellish grind that was super difficult without paying well.

      >married
      >5”7 228 but down 30lbs and still cutting
      >not sure my lifting stats but 1/2/3/4 except everything is 2 pl8 except for OHP which I just do the bar +20lbs
      >car paid off

Next year I want to increase my cardio and lose more weight then worry about lifting.

That’s Based beyond belief. What do you do? I’m 33 and essentially starting over. I figured I’d be on the trajectory to owning my own restaurant at this point and don’t really know what I’d like to pursue.

Getting my mental and physical health in check is the first priority but setting long term goals is important.

    Mirin'.
    I'm 25, this year I had sex.
I'm very close to 1/2/3/4 and will hit it in 2023, it's not even my greatest goal.
I want my way out of the moronic restaurant industry and into something that allows me to work hard and make money (still trying to figure out what). I'd go be a mercenary or something if I found a decent offer.
My mental health is the best ever now, I'm very confident, the moment I meet a girl I find worthy I call dibs until I can afford to make her a mother. Ideal life would be leaving all the housework to her, support the household myself, and work hard and be an emotionally distant but good otherwise father!

Plan your escape from the restaurant industry.. it’s a trap unless you’re insanely talented and ambitious without a proclivity for alcohol/drugs..

      >quit drugs and alcohol
I just took a shot of test and I'm sipping wine while my blond hair blue eyed milk truck gf makes me Alfredo pasta. Quitting alcohol and drugs doesn't help you make it.

Alcohol, drugs and depression have been ruining my life for years. I’m moving on, but if you can booze like a normie have at it brother. I’ll probably hop back on test sometime next year after I have some clean time under my belt
