        Then your workout will be close to mine. But I am new to lifting and have done only cardio previously. Maybe the oldgays here will give you some direction.

        I still keep cardio as part of my routine, so the legs are doing some work, too.

    Inb4 you frick your shoulder joint with that moronic ~~*bro*~~ routine.
    Do a PPL routine every other day (with the pull day coming first in the week) or an antagonist split with the same frequency:
    >chest and back
    >shoulders and arms
    >legs
    You're a noob so it'll work really well. Once you're a little more developed you'll need to hit it more frequently but for now follow a routine like those

          I do about 110km a week on the spin bike and got big legs. Glutes aren't as big tho I think I need to focus on those for the winter.
