Orthodox lent diet and exercise

The Orthodox lent is starting on Monday.
What vegan dishes rich in protein do you recommend?
Also what would be a good workout during lent? I usually do a full body workout three times a week with different focuses depending on what I think I should focus on that day. But I thought I might change the routine to PPL. Any PPL routine recs?
Thanks!

Guess you can eat lots of beans and lentils.
You can make vegetarian "sarmale" and "ardei umpluti".

I'll be binging on endless supplies of lentils, beans, potatoes and other root vegetables, citrus and coconut
And of course coffee and dark chocolate every day

I like buckwheat a lot during lent. For the first and last weeks, where you can't add oils, olives and nuts are best. Of course shrimps and squid are really good - love spaghetti with tomato sauce, shrimps, garlic and parsley.
I wouldn't recommend starting a 6 d/w program right now. Maybe focus more on cardio/endurance/strength endurance. If you have a kettlebell now is the best time to do the 10k swings challenge - could also count it as the start of the cut for summer.

Wish you an easy and salvageous lent

best brand of vegan protein powder? Sunwarrior seemed reputable in not being full of metal and shit but the vanilla tastes like chalk

Want to know too. Also what supplements are vegan? I have citrulline, beta-alanine and creatine in mind.

hit up chronometer and map out your macros
meals that contina quinoa, tofu, tvp, beans, and lentils are key. Use pea-protein powder.
Just do your regular routine for lent, you dont need to give up or modify your workouts for lent
"Many know of the tradition of abstaining from meat on Fridays during Lent, but we are also called to practice self-discipline and fast in other ways throughout the season. Contemplate the meaning and origins of the Lenten fasting tradition in this reflection."
