        No. That much caffeine a day is a crutch because of tolerance and dependency. It’s literally tricking your brain to not feel tired, but does nothing to actually help your body recover.

        Not sure if it's good, but too much is caffeine is definitely bad.
        Caffeine stays in your blood for 12 hours and even though you can still fall asleep, it can effect your rest.
        Recommended not to drink coffee after noon-ish.
