If heroin was easily available at the supermarket then our entire society would revolve around it.

        That's what coffee is.
90% of people are addicted to it and there's a coffee den every 100 metres.

There's a sweet spot. If you're not pushing that hard you'll just feel tired and bored. If you're pushing too hard then you'll be too busy seeing stars and tasting pennies to enjoy the rush of endorphins. I get that feeling when I do some high rep stuff or HIIT. If you've been mostly sticking to fahv bye fahv then I'd recommend hitting some sets of 15 to see what I mean

    Because that's just a meme.

    >Surveys have revealed runner's high to be rather rare, however, with a majority of athletes never experiencing it.

I don't get runner's high from running but from doing hindu squats, what gives?

You're such sheep that you get high because memes told you you should. Or you're some of the few who actually get it.

Do you also wrestle 4 hours a day, pull down trees with a rope, and do 1000 Hindu pushups before breakfast anon? I bet you're undefeated in over 5000 matches against the strongest men in the world too

fuck off with your gay surveys, you actually need to train hard to experience it which most "athletes" aren't doing

    >Release good hormones
    >Takes time

Unfortunately , too many things nowadays give instant gratification to get those hormones

    >Want to feel good?Instant Porn, have a wank
    >Want to fee good ? Foodhub/ food delivery service at your fingertips
    >Want to feel good? Get up, walk to the gym, work out for an hour, shower , then feel good

Majority of folk are impatient and want that good feeling now.

ive experienced it once or twice, but what i do experience everyday of cardio is first 10 minutes i feel like shit, then past 10 minutes everything is more bareable and easier. may be some kind of feeling good/pain killer hormone. today for example im having pain in my biceps from curls of yesterday, i did a bit of cardio and machines and when i was exercising i didnt feel pain at all. when i cooled down the pain came back

    >pump out feel good hormones after exercise
It's true but it's what scares me. Before starting lifting my life was shit and I was depressed and burned out. Then I started lifting daily. Now I'm feeling slightly better and slightly less burned out but my life had gone 1000 times worse. If I ever have to take a break from lifting for a few days it's fucking over. There is no recovering from this.
