        Completely cut out fast food and freezer slop and junk food, no more drinking calories
        Wasn't aiming for a specific diet other than the doc's recommendation of low sugar low carb, basically a simple protein now like fish or chicken with a big portion of salad or veg with a small portion of rice or beans
        No soda and no more bingeing were the biggest changes
        I might be overdoing it with salt/seasoning now that I'm cooking daily when I wasn't before

      Probably cut back on the salt but keep at it, improvements don't happen all at once
      Maybe mix strength training in with your cardio

    just look up the sources of this stuff in food or just take supplements(don't take for magnesium)
    Also if you have a weak kidney, then take it easy on the potassium and magnesium

    Also, what do you DRINK? It's hard to get obese if you're not drinking sugar water all day long. Try replacing whatever canned shit you like with fresh-brewed tea- even cheap bagged black tea with milk and sugar is a significant upgrade.
