Get chicken breasts, thighs, some tilapia and tuna, letntils and quinoa wirh frozen veggies for your sides and some kind of sauces to make everything palateable
Bulking is more about total calories than protein. As long as you ensure adequate protein (1g/lb of lean mass), it would be better (and cost efficient) to get your extra calories from carbs.
