I can't take him seriously after he refused to disclose his age at Joe Rogan's
If he told the truth everybody would know that he was (max) 18 years old when he was "specnaz instructor" according to his book, which is a dirty lie. The man is a fraud
I feel there are certain things about life that a human just needs to accept. Growing old and eventually dying most importantly

I haven’t see the podcast so I don’t know how it went and if he just ignored the question or had like ten minute monologue about how he’s not gonna answer that. Whatever, who gives a shit, we all know he’s 53 (just use google), it’s a stupid question in the first place. I know he’s frauding with that marketing shit that he was some kind of special forces instructor. Some of his thoughts are respectable, some are not. I don’t really like him as a person but his programs are fine.
he did say something like >i don't want my message to be attached to how old i am
but he does discuss protocols for old people i think so it really isn't an issue, he was born in 1969
Well that’s not bad thing to say tho.
He used to be some super kettlebell comrade fanboy but as he gets older his opinions are changing and that’s nice I guess.
I saw the clip a while ago, I'm pretty sure he's just trying to mog/frick with Rogan or stop him from going off on a random tangent (which Rogan often does).
I am probably gonna watch that video. It’s been in my yt feeds for ages but I never bothered. Only guy I am ever going to listen to seriously and take his advice is Dan John.
>Dan John
if you could listen to only 1 guy, Dan would be a good choice. I meet him and worked out with him a few times in clinics a 100 years ago, he is good people and smart af.

I agree re Dan John, the man is the epitome of based. I'd also add Mark Wildman to the list.

If you haven't started it, try out Dan John's armor building complex. It's a staple in my routine now.

Based. There are a very few guys who are really good with constant solid advice. Dan is one of them.

It's bizarre and unrespectable for a man clearly in his fifties to engage in womanly behaviors.
