I'm autistic so I need to eat the same shit every single day or else I'll get overwhelmed.

could I get by my entire life with just eating peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches and broccoli every single day?

the peanut butter would be natural without any of that palm oil added sugar bullshit just salt and peanuts. the jelly will be natural too. the bread will be daves bread. in otherwords this ain't your average pb & j sammich

the broccoli will be roasted I'll eat like 3 bowls of the shit throughout the day

      I'm taking B12 and Vitamin D. I know there are health benefits to meat but it's just so gross to me and I feel bad for the animals ): I cannot bring myself to eat it

        You clearly give enough of a fuck to ask. If i had to improve your diet I would add blackbeans and rice for a meal. It's not as good as meat but it's a protien source. I'm not a fucking bigbrain nutritionalist so I don't know which amino acids or vitamins you aren't gettint or whether or not the blackbean protien is bioavailable, but theoretically you could buy supplements and dissolve them into the beans while cooking.           A cow only starts to produce milk for it's baby while pregnant. in order to keep a continuous cycle farms will rape the cows over and over again for continous milk. when the baby is bord she is taken away from the mother within 24 hours of birth. males are killed beacuse they are useless in the dairy indurstry. the females will be raised to be raped year after year just like her mother before getting sent to a slaughterhouse.

          otherwise I still wouldn't take it because it's not sustainable, the amount of grass they must feed the cow takes up too much resources to justify raising it humanely for milk without cruel shortcuts.

            you absolute dumbass. Cows don't produce milk while pregnant, that's useless. They produce milk when the calf is born, and the calf is retired after some time. A cow will produce milk for as LONG as you keep milking it retard, this goes for all mammals including humans. Women can literally breast-feed for years as long as the milk is extracted.

    Take a multivitamin and you’ll be good, I eat nothing but turkey club sandwiches and I’m doing fine. Make sure to run or do some form of cardio and you will be healthy all your life, even walking is fine.

    Switch the sandwich bread with whole wheat
    Peanut butter is alright, bit too fatty for my taste
    Add beans to your diet, maybe some almond milk if you refuse to eat meat
    Get multivitamins and magnesium

    But I heavily recommend you drop that vegan bullshit if you want to have a genuine healthy life and stop blaming your autism for not gathering the energy to function normally
