          Would make sense that free testosterone is reduced as it gets bound by SHBG.

          Last time I checked, I had a somewhat high total testosterone but very high SHBG, and my free test was within normal range but on the lower side.

          So SHBG in men kind of allows more testosterone, but it's bound and hence not biologically active. But SHBG also binds estrogen so go and figure whether a high SHBG is good or not.

    Some people's systems may be able to handle those things, mine not though. I used to eat pistachios and peanuts every day and ended up dropping them.     Ask any roider how much muscle they gained by only increasing their testosterone for a day or a week and doing no more. Roids work by chronic long term increases in testosterone, not transient acute increases. Fricking morons
