very cheap to buy in bulk
can be smuggled into any meal, or eaten easily as a snack anyhwere

they seem too good to be true

        I dunno, but when I eat tuna at night wich has like 180mg of sodium I sweat like crazy and don't feel so good in the morning

    dangerous to eat raw
    mostly unsaturated fat with some protein

    in moderation its cool, like once or twice a week
    nuts and peanuts in general go hard on the kidneys
