You probably don't have it. Your just really skinny and have a slight amount of chest hair that accentuates the depth of your sternum. If you really think you have it get an xray

                Anon MD

If you do have it it probably isn't nearly as severe as you think it is. I have minor scoliosis and I never even realized until I had an xray for a back injury from lifting. You can have it but its so minor it will barely effect you if at all

Standing compound lifts. Core bracing and controlled breathing during it lessened mine.
Mine was also never terribly severe or asymmetrical though.

That's not pectus. You are just a twink.

Multiple pro bodybuilders have this condition, other than the posture exercises you’re hopefully doing for it, you should follow a normal routine, anything people without the condition do

                Thanks for these resources
I do ohp twice a week (110 1rm) and pull-ups plus a few specific chest and shoulder stretches daily
I’m putting my phone down now

Real md? Respect, I’m gonna find a doctor haven’t been to one in a long time and ask them about getting a scan because I genuinely do have it

That's still well within normal variation, it won't be visible if you get a tiny bit of chest muscle

ok it's a bit deeper than i thought, but do you understand that it's not noticeable? not even near enough to be medically considered pectus excavatus? if your spinal cord bent 1°, would you have scoliosis/lordosis/etc? no you wouldn't, you retard
you just have to lift more and eat more
if anything, more than pectus excavatus, it looks like your ribs are protruding a bit more than normal, but again, it's barely noticeable
lift more and focus on your pectorals, but also eat more, you're too skinny, it just accentuates you (inconsequential) issue. more body mass would help you smooth it out

I knew a guy who has this and for the school talent show he'd lay down on a table and use it as a bowl and eat cereal out of it.

I knew a guy who had it as a kid and he was obsessed with the US military (basically proto-“operator”) and he was bummed it meant he couldn’t join. His parents were ancient which is how I think he got it.

Op here I was trying to sleep when I got reminded of when I was trying to join the air force and I had to go to this lung specialist to prove I didn’t have asthma (I do) and my lung capacity was horrible

I don’t remember the kids name either. His best friend was a fat kid and they looked like Fanboy and Chum Chum and that was their nickname.
