Why do people do the off the ground 45 degree rows when these exist? Much less risk of fricking your shit up with pendlay, much easier to activate what you’re supposed to activate
Kids think doing rows with anything less than a 45lb pl8 of each side is weak so they load up the bar and basically stand straight up doing shrugs and have no idea how moronic they look.
Unironically it's actually safer to do them like this, although your lower back is in a weaker position when you're all the way bent over the amount of weight your upper back can handle is significantly less so it ends up being safer.

You ego lift. It's why you're small and will remain small because you're more worried about lifting the weight than contracting the target muscle

I have literally never seen anybody "big" who "Strict Barbell Rows" under 225 lb. On the contrary, i've seen a number of people who row more than that with some jerk.
Looks like a case of science nerd DYEL homosexuals who think they're going to get big rowing 115 lb. BTW your row should be the same as your bench
I've really enjoyed these. Got a landmine attachment for the rack for xmas.
Redpill me on this exercise. I feel less likely that i'm going to hurt myself doing these. And i feel like i can drop down in weight and actually squeeze at the top.
what that does work? triceps and lats?
The back, anon. It's a back exercise.
