      I have lost a lot of weight and went from being about 5.5 inches to almost 7. My dick flops around a lot more too. This weekend in shorts it was almost uncomfortable, having it flop around while casually walking in the supermarket. Ironically like OP, when training, it sometimes shrinks up a bit and I understand the discomfort feeling OP descibrs. I just grab it and unashamedly yank it out again. I make it look like im just "adjusting" myself before a set and dont think about. That usually, ahem, strsightens out the issue.
