yep. 300lb sandbag to shoulder for 10 reps is much harder than a 50 yard carry with the same sandbag. I'd say the equivalent sandbag to shoulder for reps weight would be closer to 200lbs
The rest are pretty retarded as well
50 press-ups and 50 sit-ups in 2 min are both stupidly easy
you physically can't sprint for quarter-half a mile, because it's called a fucking sprint for a reason. That's like saying deadlift your 1rm for 10 reps. 10 miles in under an hour is very tough as well
Sice you asked (or not), the average speeds of the WR for sprints are:
100m : 23.5 mph (27 peak- Bolt)
200m : 23.3 mph(Bolt)
400m : 20.8 mph (Van Niekerk)
800m is 17.8 mph. Bloody quick, not quite a sprint.
>Sice you asked (or not), the average speeds of the WR for sprints are: >100m : 23.5 mph (27 peak- Bolt) >200m : 23.3 mph(Bolt) >400m : 20.8 mph (Van Niekerk)
Bear in mind the average for the 400m is elevated because the runner is at full tilt for a relatively much greater proportion of the run.
This, the cardio requirementa here are pretty brutal. 10 miles in an hour is also steep as fuck, averaging 10 mph for an entire hour is damn near elite as far as I can tell.
As other anons have pointed out, that picture is absolutely retarded. That being said, I will attempt to achieve all of that within the next 5 months. Not going to stop just because it's hard.
Whoever wrote that has no idea what any of that means or how it measures up

why are you fat?

I think events with a WR north of 20mph are.

Even so, it averages at 4 consecutive 10.75s 100s. Pretty damned quick for most mortals.
Running 2 sub-5 minutes miles in a row is pretty fucking high tier, I doubt 99% of this board could do it.

you should be able to run a mile every 4.5 minutes
You first, speedy Gonzales
I could (past tense) manage 5min/mile for 3k but a bit under 5:20 for a half marathon (13 miles). I reckon the 6min/mile for 10 is easier.
Was once DYEL AF, so don't ask about the lifts.
>average man should be an olympic level athlete
delusional.
>average man
It's for the fit man.
I can do the deadhang and the swim.
All of these are really really hard. Even the push ups sit ups and pull ups if you have to do them all without rest inetween.
well that's because you have to be fit to do them
I could do everything in the third bullet point, but that’s it.
Also what’s the point of the height and weight specifications at the top? How could anyone scale up or down based on that?
man I can't get up from the bed , my back hurts
