This is not achievablecin 6 months, unless there is some frickery with the angle and light

yeah definitely not for the average skinny Japanese man who's probably got 40-70g of protein a day for all his life. Those pecs are at least 2nd year unless he started with chest isolation.

Lol? If you're hungry skeleton mode and did a hypertrophy workout 3 times a week you'd be there in 6 months easily. It's just that so many ISTizens are fat as frick

I'm barely halfway there and I'm at my 4th month of training. You could maybe get that size eating like a pig, but even then you'd need to lose weight.

I don't really see how you get there from nothing in half a year. 9-10 months maybe. But even then it would be a massive achievement.

Another day, another thread where a bunch of ISTizens severely overestimate how big they'd be after a proper cut. Most guys will abort their cut the moment their fatceps start to melt and they can't ''fill out a shirt'' anymore. Lmao.

chest looks more like a year+ of training
arms look 12 inches and shoulders look mediocre probably less than 6 months of training

you are getting fooled by his raised arm, the angle makes it looks bigger but its tiny, same with his shoulders
chest is very nice and full tho so it helps a lot to making a look better

still he looks good and thats all that matters, people in here just cant commit to a cut to save their lives

If you already lift sure, but if you are a beginner no way. If you are fat you would need to cut a lot, if you are skelly you will have to eat a lot. None of these result in having good muscle mass that lean in 6 months.

      >If you already lift sure
if you already are a healthy male* not a fat frick or a hungry skeleton

    Thats hardly achievement
all you have to do is to starve yourself until you see your starvation riddled abbs. Nothing special. Nothing achieved.
