Pinched nerve

I pinched an abdominal nerve like a year ago and haven't been able to squat properly without sharp pain the next day. I've tried resting up to a month before easing into squat again with no improvements. Am I really supposed to stop sqiatting for 2-3 months to recover?

I keep seeing sets and reps but never percentages of 1RM

I don't train 1RM because homegym and no spotter but my working weights are 1/2/3 for the big lifts. I don't diddly because I'm moronic and I know I'll snap

Acupuncture is mostly bullshit with the exception of being quite effective with treating pinched nerves. Find a legit chinaman and give it a shot.

Well given this is an injury thread.. frick this hurts. I was bench pressing and I heard this really loud tear. I'm pretty surprised to see a bruise show up here from this. What happened?
