    Fluoride is fricking everywhere, but sadly you do need it in some degree. The best way to combat the fluoride presence is reverse osmosis water filtering, and iodine supplementation. Basically megadosing on iodine will help the body start filtering out the halides quicker and fluoride competes with iodine for receptors

      Iodine, morons. If you take above normal iodine dosage for a couple days and you have a headache that means it's doing its job. Just back the dosage down to normal once you feel fine.

      Well the non schizo take is that it produces melatonin so you can sleep. If it's calcified it makes less. If you supplement with it to make up for it, it actually decreases how much your body makes.

      Sleep is important so that by itself is a good enough reason to decalcify it.

      Schizo take is that it inhibits psychic ability, dream communication, AP and intuition. Is this true? I think so. Does this aspect actually matter in your life? That depends on the individual and their goals for this life cycle. Spiritual progress can be made through the meditative state achieved when training, doing sport, being in nature, or even cleaning. Anything can be meditative if you practice it (though I guess I'm getting off topic).

    My dreams have faded into almost nonexistence and my sleep has gotten progressively shittier since a couple years ago. I realized one thing that changed around that time is I started using a new toothpaste that has sodium monofluorophosphate instead of the old formulation. I also once had to use a travel tube of toothpaste that had stannous flouride and it made me feel extremely fogged out and fricked up for a few days until I stopped. I wonder if these newer formulations let more of the fluoride go systemic vs the old shit.

    If you're struggling with sleep, and you're a young guy the issue probably is more related to habits than calcification of the pineal gland. Here's a couple of things you can do that are fairly easy fixes:
    >go to sleep at a consistent time every night
    >don't lift less than 6 hours before bed
    >don't consume caffeine more than 10 hours before bed
    >have a nighttime routine that you do EVERY night.
    >stop using all electronics besides MAYBE earbuds to listen to music or podcasts at least 30 minutes to an hour before bed.
    >if you're oversleeping your alarms, put your alarm on the other side of the room or have yourself do something mentally stimulating in order to turn it off. there's plenty of apps out there for that.
    >drink an entire glass of water before bed.
    >After it gets dark, keep lights warm and soft. Having bright harsh lights will make it feel like it's still daytime.
