This will include
Morning and evening stretches and Yoga for spine decompression
Raised seat cycling for leg growth
Ankle weights training for shin bone length growth
Also while increasing GH production via Mk677, sprints, and other exercise/habits
Hoping to grow from 5'7.5, to 5'9.5/5'10.
I'm taking all this with a grain of salt, while there is lots of anecdotal evidence, it's all over the place. Some guys claim they grew 5 inches, some claim 3, most say 2 inches is max.
Some of the growth is temporary, some permanent. And also it's entirely possible this won't do anything, because if this was extremely legit there would be guys making millions selling Height routines.
Worst case scenario I wasted 3 months training hard, getting more flexible, and committing to good habits.
