It isn't. This is moron shit that gets repeated here. But still just buy whey you moron.
wrong
fricking moronic take.
Please read research papers and don't get your knowledge from clickbait morons that just read summaries.
>watches 14 minute video in 2 minutes
lol, lmao, at least watch some of the video you moron, it has all the research papers you want so badly cited
the premise of the video is wrong you moronic frick, the fact that you don't see it shows how much of a moron you are.
If you take 1g of plant vs 1g of animal, there's a difference. When you take the aggregate of someone's diet that has both plant and animal sources, there are pretty much no differences.
Once you've established your daily requirement of essential aminos, it doesn't really matter what the protein source is to promote a positive nitrogen balance you absolute dumb motherfrick.
>watches 14 minute video in 10 minutes
lmao, try actually watching something before you criticize it
Here's a video that will actually teach your moronic ass something
I'm not watching a YouTube video. What does it say
plant protein is useless, vegans btfo, eat more meat
So all I get from this video is some proteins from some foods SUPPOSEDLY ALLEGEDLY absorb SLIGHTLY better than others and have more amino acids, so I would just eat slightly more protein from plant foods, because the difference is negligible, and just eat a wider variety of plant foods and make sure I eat the ones that complete each other in terms of amino acid profile?
The video shows these vague numbers next to different foods, but EVEN the foods that are labeled as "low quality proteins" according the video would only require I eat 4x as much to get the same "quality" whatever that means, which still isn't bad. If I eat the right plant foods I can easily eat 200 grams of protein in one day.
>NONE of these countries are getting enough protein
well b***h they didn't ask or study me, just a bunch of random people from the whole world. They never knocked on my door so I guess the whole damn thing is bullshit right?
I am not a doctor. I am not a nutritionist. This is not advice.
Is there any proof or source for anything this video is saying?
Wow the video even says
>"They could just add another scoop of onions protein powder a day"
So is the solution "just eat more protein"?
That simple?
a lot of nutrition information on plants, especially protein from plants and things like anti nutrients, is obtained by evaluating the raw plant, not when it's cooked.
So you get morons that don't understand anything about biochemistry thinking they can extrapolate any kind of information from studies that are fundamentally wrong.

Don't you also get a lot of weird people assuming that just because there are a small amount of anti-nutrients that the whole entire meal is ruined?
video says:
>"with the right knowledge and diligence YES you can meet your protein requirements on a vegetarian or vegan diet"
Okay great.
I am not a doctor. This isn't advice.
That plant vs meat and eggs side by side comparison is bullshit. The vegan plate of food is very small. a lot of the calories are also coming from the peanut oil in the peanut butter and the sugar from the jelly. Personally my meals as a conservative vegan big boy are godzilla sized compared to this and much more balanced as in I'm not putting shitty high sugar junk food in my meals and I'm eating not eating 1/4 cup of lentils like a weak idiot, I'm eating like 4 cans of beans in one meal. This is some goofy silly shit.
I am not a doctor. This is not advice.
protein is protein you frogfrick
>protein is protein you frogfrick
dude frogs are not bad, the shills are just wearing them like a mask.
shill
>Incomplete proteins are useless. Most plant proteins are incomplete.
>You can pair incomplete proteins up to make complete proteins. Stuff like rice+ beans or oats+peanuts
Yea so I eat a wide variety of plant foods and basically get all my proteins so plant proteins are actually really great if you do it right.
I am not a doctor. this is not advice.
>I am not a doctor. this is not advice.
stop talking like a homosexual, this is not reddit
Incomplete proteins are useless. Most plant proteins are incomplete.
You can pair incomplete proteins up to make complete proteins. Stuff like rice+ beans or oats+peanuts
That's what I'm doing at the moment. Tell me more about pairings.
My Black just look up what amino acids certain protein sources lack and complement those foods with foods rich in this amino acids
It's not that hard
Then how do you explain vegan bodybuilders like cuck gains?
Why would anyone need to explain how roiders get muscles? Are you dumb?
I didn't know roids contain protein.
it's not as big of a deal as you think.
It'll maybe give you an extra pound or two a year of muscle, it's not significant. If you are getting at least some of your protein from animal sources, there's absolutely no problem.
>plant protein is basically useless for muscle building
>source: BULLSHIT
frick you SHILL
You fricking liar
I eat literal human muscle
Buy pork tenderloin in the half loin. It's almost always significantly less than the price of chicken breast
You fricking pussy. I started working just to buy good food for my body.

>no mention of PDCAAS in thread
What's that?
Just buy eggs and beef mince
Beans are decent for brotein muscle building. Also, eggs are very cheap and chicken is pretty cheap too.
Not useless just not optimal. You have to eat several different plants in order to get what a steak/chicken/fish would get you.
if you eat 2 servings of animal protein a day and make up the rest in plant protein, you will likely not see any difference in muscle growth if you replaced all that plant protein with animal protein.
You'd also live longer and be healthier overall
