        I do those things too, I don’t really see what effects it would have on test with the exception of the exercise from hiking, yeah it would help with your mental health but if you still don’t sleep well and eat like shit then your T would still be low

    There is a reason that the highest average test levels are in countries where outdoors physical labor like working a field is still commonplace

    working out, getting lots of quality sleep, and eating somewhat well can naturally boost test. also ashwaghanda and tongkat have been proven to boost test naturally, do all of this for a month or so and then test again. If you’re still low T after that then it might be time to consider trt
