        Try to progressively lift heavier in compound movements. 5-10 rep range. When you hit 8-10 reps, add load to the bar. Do 3-5 sets per exercise. You don't need to do a million different exercises.
        These are your bread and butter movements:
        Pullups, any variation.
        Barbell bench press, any variation.
        Overhead barbell press.
        Squat, any variation to parallel depth.
        Deadlift, any variation. Romanian deadlifts might be more safe in the beginning for lanky noobs to reinforce correct movement patterns, idk.

        Make a routine where you hit all of these x2 times a week at least. Once you get stronger in deadlifts x1 a week will be plenty. Then do a curl variation and triceps extension on top after you have completed the compound lifts for the day, can be supersetted with each other to save time. I like to use an Upper/Lower split 4 or 5 times a week, you can do full body 3 times a week too, or a push/pull/leg split. Add/remove more isolation movements like lateral raises as you wish.

        Don't lift with terrible technique, there are a million resources online for good advice.
        Eat enough to gain weight, try to stick to whole foods. Fatty meat is great.
        Or eat less if you want to lose weight.

        Everything else is literally just details, at least for the time being. Stick to the basics and as a beginner you can have impressively moronic routines and still make good progress.

            You will discover that it's essentially the same fricking thing, what I wrote with a bias towards relatively higher rep ranges and having a flexible approach (works for some right out of the gate, absolute beginners might need a very rigorous plan, most people who get ahead tend to customize their shit as they learn how they personally respond to stuff).
            Lifting isn't complicated. Lift heavier, eat more is literally 90% of all that matters. Program matters less (given that the alternative isn't extremely moronic) than actually going to the gym, trying to lift heavier and sticking to it for an extended period of time.

      you might not be far off. We send a couple of astronauts to space twice a year for the ISS, how many japanese idols get married to foreigners every year? Also it's easier to measure the process for becoming an astronaut since they're pretty much all top pilots in the Airforce or world renowned engineers/scientists
