(actual) femanon here. on monday i went into the gym after a two month break because of surgery and tried using the same weight as i did before but felt way too weak and started crying in the bathroom. i gained around 10 pounds just from inactivity and also being on an all-ensure (the supplement) diet for a few weeks through a gastro-jejunal tube where i figured they overfed me. i feel weaker than i’ve ever felt before, should i run a cycle of anavar or something? how do i get back the strength i had before while not getting any fluffier/getting rid of this excess fat

depends. what is your cup size?
Working out after a 2 month break is guaranteed to feel like shit. Don't get demoralized. The first couple of weeks back are hard, but if you make a plan and stick to it, you will quickly regain your fitness and start making gains.
Don't push too hard in the first two weeks. I know it's frustrating, but you are just trying to get your body used to the movements and the stress of working out. Pick a good well rounded routine and start with lighter weights.
This, in conjunction with eating clean food at a calorie deficit, WILL cut fat. It is scientifically impossible that it won't. Just make a plan and stick with it.
Oh yeah and YWNBAW, London, timestamp, etc. etc.

Yes take peds
breasts or gtfo
For fricks sake
>tried using the same weight as i did before but felt way too weak and started crying in the bathroom.
why are women literally moronic
well i figured the weight gain would mean muscle maintenance because i wasn’t losing weight, so it felt like shit when i realized i was way weaker at a heavier bodyweight
thank you. i wish the process was faster but consistency is key i guess, it’s gonna be hard going back to work after basically being crippled and also regaining my confidence and body/strength
We all wish it was faster and easier. Trust me, after many many years of pursuing fitness, the only thing that works is creating a healthy lifestyle and habits. This is slower and harder but it leaves you better set to be one of those people who are always fit, high energy and lean.
You may want to hire a personal trainer for your first couple of weeks, if that's possible for you. Trainers are good for accountability. Or just start by signing up for yoga or group fitness classes that you will feel less likely to skip. Even a lifting buddy can be good for accountability.
Whatever you do, don't go for a week or two and give up. Just keep showing up. The results WILL come.
thank you so much godspeed anon you already made it and hopefully i will too
it’s always homosexuals like you who hate women on here. but it’s alright because i can rest assured that the reason you hate women is because they take male attention away from you. go fricking have a nice day
>woman
>no body posted
dilate
how about you post yours. let’s see how good you look buddy. no man will ever love you because you’re a estrogenized gay and you have smegma in your foreskin. stop fricking projecting your insecurities, YOU will never be a woman
now post your body gay
>The other guy pussies out after body is posted

i have a job, i'm not samegayging, and you are not posting body, are you gonna ask me to post body ? because i won't, why are you so emotional about his ? you wanna talk about it ?
sorry for being irrational. i’m upset about the accident that led to all this i guess and being met coldly on this board kinda felt like a punch in the gut because i just want advice. i don’t mean to be childish or anything. i’m not happy with the way i currently look but if you want before pictures i can post those i suppose
Ok I'm sorry too babe. Let's see the before pics
this board is harsh, i don't think it's the best place to ask for advice if you feel that emotional,, plus the ''( actual) femanon '' you mentionned in OP is gonna call out everyone in this place
Mental health is as important as physical health and you don't seem strong enough to handle a couple of bored trolls right now
it's the current body that is usefull to post, not the one you once where. I really don't care about seeing your past body, it's not who you are at the moment and i'm not here to simp
>this board is harsh
lol if he wants hugbox he should frick off to plebbit. is you are using 4chin be ready for friendly banter :^)
I know you’re the hm collage gay
How dare you use my glorious flag for such whining. God I hate you so much its unreal. Love from Kazakhstan
Lower the weight. Start progressing from the lower weight. Do a clean bulk until you're as strong as you used to be. Then do a cut.
Don't rush, or you'll make mistakes, injure yourself and set your progress back. Be patient.
clean bulking would be at a 200 calorie surplus i’m assuming? do you think i can manage it on a maintenance caloric intake? thanks for the help btw
shut the frick up homosexual go back to /hm/
blow me troony
>femanon here
all fields
>(actual) femanon
>surgery
OK
>started crying in the bathroom
well I'll be damned, an actual woman that's not a troony on IST
ywnbaw, but at least you're as moronic as one
Muscle memory is not a meme. You will get your strength back quickly
>should i run a cycle of anavar or something?
No
>how do i get back the strength i had before while not getting any fluffier/getting rid of this excess fat
you watch you diet, make a small but steady calorie deficit, you make sure to eat enough protein, you check you aren't anemic or something, starving yourself won't be usefull, fast weight loss is always a bad idea
and you start all over again, why did you expect ? you stayed 2 month inactive, of course you'll gonna lose muscles, and roid cheating won't save you from it, now get back to workout honey
Jesus moron, step one control your emotions. Step two drop the weight way back, you lost strength because it's way harder to keep than muscle. Step three, watch your body return to pre-surgery in 3-6 weeks. The strength might take longer to get back.
breasts or gtfo
that sugar is probably what fricked you up get off that shit
deload till you can properly perform the exercise and work your way up there. its not rocket science and no, you're not an exception to the rules of your body
Being immobile for two months, of course you'll be weaker. Not just the loss of muscle mass from inactivity, but you haven't practiced the movements in two months.
The good news is that it's easier to get there the second time. You'll return to your previous numbers a lot faster than it took you to first get there.
And what's with the attitude? Have you never been to this website before?
What surjewry?
