I am incredibly shy and autistic + very lazy. I just can't lift my ass off the couch and go to the gym where there are people, so I just have to so this. Also poor and not enough room for home gym.
understood. then I suggest getting some rings for a more complete calisthenics routine and, at some point, invest in a little big of weight just so you can progress on squats (chicken legs do not look good)

Pull ups and dips will do wonders my friend. Do this every other day:
3 sets of wide grip pull ups to failure, then 3 sets of close grip chin ups to failure. If you're able to do a one arm chin up include that in your routine.
Then 3 sets of dips and 3 sets of pike push ups
high volume pistol squats, hyperextensions, sissy squats and nordic curls if you want to do legs.

if pullups become too easy just do 1 handed pullups.
