How much protein is that in one shake?

Isn't the point of whey to have an easily digestible source of almost pure protein? Doesn't mixing all this stuff make it harder to absorb?
I just drink a whey shake with water, might make a smoothie with whole milk separately

I've tried many protein brands and flavors and honestly I think all of it tastes pretty bad. I used to try to be elaborate with my protein shakes and whatnot until I realized it's a lot more enjoyable to just down one or two scoops of protein and eat normal ass food afterwards. Maybe a one or two more scoops a day if I happen to be treating myself to something nice or I'm going out with friends that day.

Look for unflavoured whey without sweeteners. It tastes like boiled milk and it can be added to far more things without ruining the flavour.
