Have you tried pb2 ? I’m wondering if there’s any difference in taste or nutrients
never tried pb2 myself, but i have heard it is good.
It’s not bad. Has a slightly sweeter taste than ordinary peanut butter, and the the texture is softer/ creamier. If neither of those bother you, I’d say it’s worth it for all the calories you save. 2 tbsp is only 60 cal compared to 200 cal of regular stuff.
what do you do with peanut powder butter?
I never really figured out how to incorporate it into my diet and would just eat it directly mixed with a little water.
My cut food is greek yogurt
i put it on spinnach wraps as a snack/quick lunch or mix it in with my protein smoothies because it goes great with chocolate protine.
you snort it when you feel your glucose declining
I put in my Medjool dates and make peanut butter sandwiches with it
I also will make smoothies with it by putting bananas and chocolate protein powder with ground flax seed
I just eat it raw. Frick I love how it melts in my mouth. It gets stuck behind my teeth for a bit but then I get to lick it off.
It goes into my whole milk, whey and caesin protein smoothies.
>skinnygirl
Time to transition, sissy.
If you can't cut on regular food you don't deserve abs
Egg whites are god-tier. The protein to calorie ratio is ridiculous, and it goes well in protein shakes.
pretty good
literally pissing money away
how is it pissing money away? it's literally cheaper per gram of protein than whey, near tasteless and extremely bioavailable.
$1.70 for 50g of protein, fricking moronic
You can have the entire container for only 250 cal dam
It's fricking disgusting though and always makes me depressed because I need to force myself to consume it
Have they ever made a nutella version of this? That was my million dollar idea when PBfit first released.
Not exactly something I can eat anytime/any day, but I never realized how good shrimp macros were until last night.
>Argentinian Red
Those are the good shit. Pity they're so goddamn expensive
how the frick do you cut with peanut butter? i only take it while bulking and even then i try to limit my intake because it makes me fat witting weeks
powdered pb is a lot lower calories in the same amount.
Frozen precooked shrimp. Nearly 50g of protein for 120 calories.
>Inb4 Too expensive
>Make more money pleb
>50g of protein
>120 calories
This is literally impossible you doofus.
That's why I used the qualifier nearly.

Hummus and:
- baby carrots

unbelievable my pb brand is advertising here.
Do you mix this with water and it turns into peanut butter?
how else can you use powdered PB besides mixing it into shakes?
put them in dates or make peanut butter sandwiches
dump a scoop into your oats with your protein powder
picrel has slightly better macros iirc
I bought some on a whim, used it for some sauces (think thai curry/stir fry/salad) and in smoothies but can't really think of many more uses for it
Get out of here, ad shill. Never buying any of this. Sage.
Thank me later -

Basically knowing how to fricking cook. With real ingredients. From the produce section. Stop eating goyslop.
I feel it, I know how to cook but sometimes I'm just out of ideas and need inspo. For instance I'm craving chicken, but didn't want to just bake plain chicken, so I'm doing Mediterranean style
Nice. I took a while trying to perfect fried chicken, and a ranch dressing based on Greek yogurt & cottage cheese.
Also, Adam Ragusea has a good recipe for roasting a whole chicken. I've tried that both stuffed & unstuffed.
When I had cooked every different thing I wanted to, that was when I switched to weeklong fasts. In that timeframe, I can always find at least one thing I want to try. Next up for me is exploring organ meats and other things notorious for having a "gamey" flavor, that and I want to try making pork rinds again. Tripe is also mostly collagen, so I want to see if it reacts the same way as skin.
