    That's it. You don't even require creatine if your diet is very strict and high in animal foods particularly meat and fish.

    To a lesser extent there's Vitamin D and Ashwagandha, both may have some effects but Ash has similarly effects to SSRIs and any test boosting effect is negligible so I wouldn't bother. Vit D just go outside and/or eat animal foods.

    Don't fall for the Tongkat, Turkesterone, Fagiocia flavour of the month trendy Instagram snake oil. Hard work trumps all.

      ashwaganda is not even close to ssris, was put on ssris as a kid and went off at the age of 19, the side effects from going off them was not pleasant, 2 months of agony, I was put on cause I had energy and the school nurse decided I had anxiety issues, I didn't but whatever, don't put your kids on ssris if you don't absolutely have to, they make you baseline, aka everything was like meh, problems or good stuff, all just meh, but whatever, ashwaganda is no where near ssris, just saying.

        lecithin is a choline source. You are way better off with alpha-GPC (another choline source) which is more expensive but it doubles as a potent growth hormone releaser. There are plenty of studies showing it boosts GH for a few hours after consumption which is great if you exercise fasted or do IF

        Nahh I take it no more than twice a week. Twice a week is a lot. In average I would say 0.75 times per week. And sometimes I go 2 weeks without microdosing
        I prefer being sober but sometimes I take it because it helps me study
        Took mdma a few times it was the shit. But it felt like it fried my brain

    For working out: creatine, whey protein
    General health: Multivites, fish oil (it made my seafood craving disappear)

    Diet is just as important. I try to get enough proteins, iron (chicken liver is a tolerable and good source), collagens (use animal bones, skins, and feet), calcium and vitamin d (milk and yogurt), and healthy animal fats in my diet. Also have my leafy greens.

    Viagra works extremely well, however.
