Don't listen to
this fearmongering homosexual. Ashwagandha is fine to take. Keep in mind that it doesn't DIRECTLY boost testosterone, it's simply lowers cortisol, which in turn increases test. It's also supposedly best taken before bed. Also, if you are gonna take it, make ABSOLUTELY SURE that you get one that says KSM-66, as that's the one that was used in studies and had results.
If you're looking for an additional test boost, add boron (5-10mg), as it lowers SHBG and allows for more free test. But make sure to cycle it either by 2 weeks on, 1 week off, or 1 week on 1 week off, since this will prevent your estrogen levels from catching up.
Also, add zinc, if you haven't already. 25-50mg is fine. Make sure it's either zinc chelate or citrate, as they have the highest absorption rates. Plus, if you're deficient in it, it makes you horny as frick... until your levels stabilize. But it's fun while it lasts.
You might not be feeling the effects because you're either not deficient in zinc, or you're not absorbing enough of it, possibly due to you taking other things that compete with zinc for absorption, such as copper, calcium, iron, magnesium, etc. So, switch to a more bioavailable form of zinc and make sure to take it when it won't have to compete for absorption.

When I started with 4000IU D3 + 100mg Zn citrate (30mg Zn), I noticed a general improvement in energy, no downsides.
Tried BCAA for some time to recover better after cardio, but I found basically zero change. Magnesium and zinc are the only things working for me, but I found I can get enough just by eating right.
If you need more than two supps, you're either doing something very wrong with your lifestyle. Reminds me of that one webm where a girl is introducing her entire extended family and the antidepressives stack they're running.
