but muscles delts wish they were bigger but they developed and now i can see head definition when i flex and covered in sweat
and glutes. feel like my ass should be bigger for doing 3x14 goblet squats with a 30lb dumbell 3x a week with progressive overload since april

My worst was actually side delts until recently because I fell for a routine that only does OHP/upper bench (you choose which) for shoulders (I was a newbie). Glad they are blowing up fast now since I switched to another routine and do 12 sets of lateral raises per week (also facece pulls for rear delts).

I’m sure you have some muscle under the fat tho so cut down to at least 16-18% and then you’ll be able to see progress
Yeah I probably will try to get to this bf level, I just don’t wanna be too light honestly would rather be a bit fat while building more muscle hopefully

Probably my arms and chest, arms are 15" without a pump and my max bench is 90kg at 77kg bodyweight
Worst part is easy my legs, whenever I do a leg session they're sore for like 3 days after despite not even lifting that heavy (I can only squat 1pl8lmao)
Midsection also isnt great right now because I just came off a bulk so I'm not very lean
