Honestly every bodypart I can see here looks stacked and jacked, back, triceps, delts, just all over swole. Natty?

i have otherwordly arm genetics which is why they look unnatural, they blew up within 2 years and since then i never touched them again. delts is something i obsessively focused on for a long time, to the point i was out of the gym for many many months because my tendons seemed to be fucked beyond repair. I trained my delts more than people train their chest and arms combined.

if it helps any, this is how i looked like 2 years after lifting (so 6 years ago).
Meaning i gained a jackshit amount of muscle compared to the effort i put in for the past 6 years. I also designed my training in a way to look as "freaky" and "unnatural" as possible.
      Thats all i can give

I suppose you aren't doing chin ups? Even though those make your back jacked af combined with a few other exercises.

i dont. for the past 2 years i have been focusing on exercises to train all muscles in my upper back /middle back. I always had a little bit of definition and good lats, but i lacked that depth from my upper back that really took a hit on my proportions. Thought i was making zero progress for a long time but looking back 3 years ago before i started focusing 50% of my training on my back, i definetely notice the difference

but this is a meatshield thread so lets get those pics posted!

I honestly question how weight works sometimes. You should be heavier than me given the size, but you are lighter.

here's the answer to your question: you are fatter

wouldn't all that fat end up somewhere and make me look bigger as well?

            yeh it should

i used to be confused to, until through experience i learned its literally all about fat. When i put on a significant amount of fat, i still look jacked, i have abs, i have veins, and i weigh 200lbs and more. People look at me and think "yeah you look that heavy", but i literally just put on 20lbs of pure fat, nothing more.
But people underestimate how fat they are, and they underestimate how much fat they have to lose to be around a lean bodyfat %.

Rule of thumb is that ANYONE you know and see in the gym who weighs around the 200lbs mark of "pure muscle", is so so much fatter than you imagine. You think he isnt fat, he doesnt look fat, just like how i do not look fat when i actually i am, but we are.
Do you know how freakishly big people are that weigh 200lbs of pure muscle with around 12% bf? These are not people you encounter in the gym, its almost impossible for the vast majority of the population to be that heavy without fat.

Take all these "heavy" people, trim em down to 12% bodyfat and be surprised how little they weigh. I have gone through so many bulks and cuts and each time i think "wow this is all muscle, barely any fat, ill cut 5lbs and i'll be 12% bf".
Whenever people compare weights and feel good about themselves, i can only cringe and feel bad for their delusion, to not be aware just HOW FAT they actually are.

            Hope that makes sense

So how does one accurately judge ones fat % then?

              >So how does one accurately judge ones fat % then?

Find a visual comparison chart. Decide which range you think you fit in and then add 8% to the upper figure.

honestly just through experience, by looking at hundreds/thousands of people with different muscle/bodyfat compositions, by listening to how actual bodybuilders judge bodyfat, but seeing dexa scans and the corresponding bodies.
its not bad to be fat. I mean i can put on 15-20 lbs of fat, still look very lean and jacked to most people but at the same time look like a unit and fill out my clothes as much as possible. The only downside is that you'll look quite alot less impressive naked. If you have a good foundation, it is the smarter choice to put on some fat on that muscle and basically get "free mass".
But my face looks horrible with more fat, so its not an option for me, but its an option for alot of other people.

Personally i hate looking at my body and know that alot of my mass comes from fat and water. I dont want to fool myself, i want to know how i look when im lean, to see how i actually look. The downside is that i look so much smaller in clothes, but so much better naked and generally just more attractive in general.
              Make your choice

                >But my face looks horrible with more fat,
haha I have just the opposite problem.
If I get lean, my face loses fat first, so by the time I get abs to pop my face is skeletor tier
While if I stay at a fat % that keeps my face looking healthy, I can kiss my abs goodbye.
                >Personally i hate looking at my body and know that alot of my mass comes from fat and water.
Personally I'd just like my abs to be more defined, while the rest of my body fat is in a good spot for my needs.
Spot reduction isn't a thing, but if it was, I'd just remove some fat from my lower abs and be done with it because I really don't need to fat elsewhere and I really don't want to lose fat in my face.

Favorite part of going on this cut is it’s revealing the gains I’ve made on my back
