      1 cheat day is still 6 days of caloric deficit. I guess it depends on how overboard we are talking. How many calories under maintenance are you?

        Im not really counting my calories, I'm 73 kg and I loose 100 to 200g every day rn at 15%, but since I'm very sedentary I barely eat, I get my protein but I only eat like 70g of carbs per day

            I track what I eat, and I ballpark how much calories Im getting, and I eat pretty much the same thing day after day

              Eh, ballparking calories can be a slippery slope. Counting two tbsp of chick-fil-a sauce when it was actually three, two tbsp of peanut butter when it was actually three, 12oz of ground beef when it was actually 14oz, suddenly you're in a surplus again and you don't even realize it. Establishing your maintenance as accurately as you can, and then shooting for a realistic target somewhere below that number is your surest bet

          No, you don't. The "cheat" is just for relief from the restrictive diet necessary for the cut. But if you feel you can maintain it without a break, by all means, keep it going

    There's this amazing sushi place where I get 36 pieces of sushi at a time for like $60.
    It's extremely pricy but it tastes so fricking good it's worth it, gourmet shit.
