All of these will keep you full and meet your protein needs, it's how I cut from 190lbs to 175 in a matter of weeks
Of course, I eat some lettuce, spinach and carrots after my lunch, and kiwi, apples, bananas or apricots in the afternoon. Now that summer is in full swing I also devour some watermelon. Forgot to mention that chickpeas and lentils cooked with (less than usual) olive oil is also good for cutting, but will keep you less full.
What are your portions and meals liek?
I very rarely cut and I've never counted grams or calories, but in the meals I use for cutting (lunch and before bed mostly) I make sure to limit the fat and carbs and up the protein, so more chicken breast but no bread and less pasta or rice as a side dish, more Greek yogurt than usual in the afternoon, more cheese before bed etc. I'm sorry if I can't be of much help but your portions should be protein dominated

I do not but I post regularly here. I also forgot to mention before that raw garlic is great for keeping you full, some say that it even kickstarts fat burning. I rec you eat a clove if you plan to go some time without a meal but never eat it on an empty stomach. Place it in a slice of bread if the burn is too much. I eat a clove before bed myself but that's just because I like the taste
The same as bulking, I just eat less. Switch from whole milk to 2% or just drink less and eat less carbs. You can also try switching to more filling foods. For example, eat oats and potatoes instead of white rice and white bread.
