    I'm doing a dirty cut. I don't eat anything all day and then get enough fast food and chocolate that i finish the day 500 under maintenance.

    Keto for 7 months in a row (excluding Christmas, New Years Eve, Epiphany and my birthday).

    This is like a summary for what I've researched during this time. I've done a cycle of 2 months on keto every year a year for 4 years (one during 2018, another one during 2019...), since I thought it wasn't sustainable for a long time. Now I can tell by experience that this is supreme.

    Vegan because plant matter leaves your colon way faster than meat, your digestive system can burn up to %30 of the energy that your body uses, spending less energy digesting food means your body has more energy and time to be in recovery mode, its kind of like intermittent fasting without having to actually fast as long.

    Im also stronger than i was while eating meat and im at a lighter weight. granted ive always been kinda DYEL but im in the best shape now as a vegan, but thats probably just a function of my continuing to exercise consistently moreso than my diet.

    I went vegetarian with lots of eggs and dairy about a year ago. No moral or environmental reason, I just started to hate the taste of meat.

    Hasn't affected my lifts at all, but my bloodwork was better at this years physical.
