I adjust it constantly. If Im not losing enough, i drop calories, im loosing too much, i up calories etc.

But I did a 6 month diet earlier and based on my avg calorie intake and amount of weight lost my TDEE was pretty much dead even 2500kcal. So that's my base level, I flex around that.

    72 inches
~207 lbs, haven't weighed myself dry recently
During most summer I ate about 1500sh (probably closer to 2K cal) aimed more for body recomposition and because I like burger, breakfast is what really pushed that intake up though.
Started OMAD and cutting to 1200 calories, which was my original calorie max that I did for about 3 months.

I'll ask here because I didn't want to make a thread for it.
What's your armspan-height ratio supposed to be? I'm 68 inches tall, but my armspan is 74 inches. Is this proof my childhood insomnia fricked me out of not being a manlet?

Bulking, trying to hit 170lbs before the end of the year.
    3150cal

I basically eat the exact same thing every single day. If I have a random "off" days it's usually because I'm out with people and will usually just try to get as many calories as possible if we go out.

It doesn’t sound like a lot of kcals but I have a very slender frame. I’ve done some experimenting and this number doesn’t cause any notable weight fluctuations with my current activity level. Gonna give it a couple of weeks and dive back in to cutting, even with my increasing lean mass I’m still at like 25% body fat so I’ve got a lot of work still ahead of me. At least I’m not 90kg anymore, I refuse to ever get fat let alone obese again.
