      Stop being poor and buy a Vitamix. It's THE blender if you don't want mini pieces of shit in your smoothie.

      You can get one at best buy for $300 and they last decades.

      personally, I'd leave out the OJ and honey (just use a little water or milk instead).

    Shakes are great for bulking because it's an easy way to consume calories. Just dump a scoop into water if you're on a cut. No need to complicate it.
