                Looks more like 140, but either way. Those extra 18.8 lbs lost will really bring home the abs and make me shredded.
                My plan is to evaluate at 140 and see if I need to keep going anyway.

      200 is heavy even for most taller people. But you're right I'm short. I'd rather be lean than some obese muscle drawf. I can mog taller and stronger guys with Calisthenics so it's w/e
